Claude Resources Inc. is a gold mining and oil and gas producing company. Claude's principal asset is the Seabee gold mine, northeast of La Ronge, Saskatchewan. Claude also controls a large land package surrounding the Seabee mine. The 11,000 acre (4,500 hectare) Currie Rose property is a major component of the package and provides a portion of the Seabee mill feed stock. Claude owns Madsen property near Red Lake, Ontario. Placer Dome is the project operator. The Company also has several other exploration projects including the Amisk/Tartan Lake project near Flin Flon, Manitoba and the Jojay project in Saskatchewan. In addition to the Company's mining properties, Claude owns interests in several large oil and natural gas properties, most of which are located in the province of Alberta.
