- Cambior Inc. (CBJ) will be added to the S&P/TSX Composite, S&P/TSX Capped Composite, S&P/TSX Canadian SmallCap and TSX 200 Indices.
- Cequel Energy Inc. (CQL) will be added to the S&P/TSX Composite, S&P/TSX Capped Composite, S&P/TSX Canadian SmallCap and TSX 200 Indices.
- First Calgary Petroleums Ltd. (FCP) will be added to the S&P/TSX Composite, S&P/TSX Capped Composite, S&P/TSX Canadian SmallCap and TSX 200 Indices.
- Golden Star Resources Ltd. (GSC) will be added to the S&P/TSX Composite, S&P/TSX Capped Composite, S&P/TSX Canadian SmallCap and TSX 200 Indices.
- Mega Bloks Inc. (MB) will be added to the S&P/TSX Composite, S&P/TSX Capped Composite, S&P/TSX Canadian SmallCap and TSX 200 Indices.
- Telesystem International Wireless Inc. (TIW) will be added to the S&P/TSX Composite, S&P/TSX Capped Composite, S&P/TSX Canadian SmallCap and TSX 200 Indices.
- Air Canada (AC) will be removed from the S&P/TSX Composite, S&P/TSX Capped Composite, S&P/TSX Canadian MidCap and TSX 200 Indices.

- Axcan Pharma Inc. (AXP) will be added to the S&P/TSX Canadian MidCap Index and removed from the S&P/TSX Canadian SmallCap Index.
- Kingsway Financial Services Inc. (KFS) will be added to the S&P/TSX Canadian MidCap Index and removed from the S&P/TSX Canadian SmallCap Index.
- Sobey's Inc. (SBY) will be added to the S&P/TSX Canadian MidCap Index and removed from the S&P/TSX Canadian SmallCap Index.
- Calpine Power Income Fund (CF.UN) will be added to the S&P/TSX Capped Income Trust Index.
- Focus Energy Trust (FET.UN) will be added to the S&P/TSX Capped Income Trust Index and S&P/TSX Capped Energy Trust Index.
- SFK Pulp Fund (SFK.UN) will be added to the S&P/TSX Capped Income Trust Index.

- Baytex Energy Trust (BTE.UN) will be added to the S&P/TSX Capped Income Trust Index and the S&P/TSX Capped Energy Trust Index after the close on its first regular trading day.
